You can use the filters pop-ups to narrow your audience to your ideal targets
  • Dynamic Audiences
    • Streaming real-time audiences comprised of predictive and niche targets
    • Should be used on the acquisition side of your business
    • You start with 24-Hour Niche, 1 Month Niche, and Predictive Dataset as Dynamic Audiences
      • 24-Hour Niche and 1 Month Niche audiences are comprised of properties with any niche events that have occurred in your region in that timeframe.
      • Predictive Dataset audience are AI generated targets that are comprised of the most likely properties to sell at a discount
    • You can use filters to create and save your own audiences.
  • Sale History - Filtering based upon the most recent sale information
  • Property Details - Filtering based upon the property or current owner
    • Property Location - Search functionality to look for specific address, Zip Code, or other geographic feature
    • Property Features - Filtering based upon physical features such as square footage or beds & baths or evaluation metrics such as tax improved percentage or estimated value
    • Owner Information - Filtering on Owner Occupied or Out of State Owner. Can search for specific owner names or information regarding the current owner's mailing address
  • Flags - Filtering based upon specific Predictive or Niche conditions.
    • Includes when a specific niche occurred and when applicable
    • This is especially useful when attempting to stack lists
