It's a good practice to periodically check what deals may have been filtered out by your parameters and adjust them. A great time to do this is before the next quarterly release.
Steps to check your current parameters and make adjustments if necessary:
Go to "Deals Filtered Out" in the Scoreboard
Click on "My Parameters"
Click on Estimated Value, Square Footage, and Excluded Zip Codes to see what your current settings are and what deals were filtered out because of the parameters
