How to Skip Trace Your Owner Prospects

Overview of the skip trace functionality in the Owner Prospects Audantic tool

1. First generate the a list of targets you want to skip trace using your filters.
   (If you want to skip trace your predictive data only, click filters > dynamic audience > and check predictive data set. You can add additional filters if you'd like)
2. Click Skip Trace on the upper right hand corner.
3. The system will give you a cost estimate, and if you need to purchase credits to complete your skip trace you can purchase from this page. 
4. You have 2 options to suppress targets - we recommend always toggling on "Optimize New Owner Targets", and in some cases you might toggle on "Optimize New Property Targets" as well. 
   (by using these toggles, it will return the credits for any duplicates you have skipped before on your account. Please note that this function DOES NOT return money to your credit card, but does return the credits for you to use at a future date)
5. Click "Request Skip Trace" Button
6. Please note that it can take up to 4 hours for a skip trace job to complete.
