We are disrupting the real estate market with machine learning, big data, and predictive analytics. We want to give home sellers more choices, especially those who have the fewest. Machine learning lets small teams disrupt entrenched players.

We are passionate about building products that solve problems. We are taking large datasets, creating predictive analytics and machine learning models, to generate insights that lead to better decisions and strategic business moves. We have an engineering culture:

  • We optimize for iteration speed, which keeps us motivated and excited.
  • We push towards automation. One of our core beliefs is “work hard, once.”

We are a distributed team. We believe that the most talented people in the world don’t all live in one place, and we want to produce the best results. Our employees are judged by their results, not their hours in the office.
