Results

We are judged by the market solely on the results we produce and how our results compare to alternative solutions. We choose to be one of the rare companies that prioritizes results produced for the customer. We know that the results we produce, not effort or excuses or resume, are the measurement of success for the customer and our team.

Bias for Action

Speed matters in business, and, lack of speed kills. Perfection equals poverty. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. We value calculated risk taking.

Think Big

Thinking small is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Leaders create and communicate a bold direction that inspires results. They think differently and look around corners for ways to serve customers.

Reality Driven

We prioritize reality over politeness. Reality resides above ego. We are always proactive in respectfully challenging ideas, beliefs, and methods of our teammates as well our own. We are in vigorous pursuit of the core issues, the best ideas, and the truth in order to grow.

Disagree and Commit

Leaders are obligated to respectfully challenge decisions when they disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable or exhausting. Do not compromise the best path or advocating for the truth for the sake of social cohesion. Once a decision is determined, they commit wholly, and move as a team.

Invent and Simplify

If it is stupid but it works, it isn’t stupid. Don’t be limited by “not invented here”. Innovate, observe and adapt, make it obvious. We grow by creating something that is an obvious solution. A confused customer doesn’t buy.

Grow

Grow yourself. Grow people around you. Push each other.  Encourage each other, challenge each other. Be a good teammate; don’t let people off easy, don’t let yourself off easy. Find out what you are capable of, where your breaking point is, and push through it to explore your boundaries in life. Block time each day to take care of your mind, your body, and your soul. The majority of our lives are spent at work, therefore, to achieve our potential we must leverage these hours and design the work as a vessel to create ourselves and become the hero of our own story.

Conflict is Good

Leaders seek diverse perspectives and work to disconfirm their beliefs. Healthy conflict is a good thing. Assume there may well be holes in your perspective. Dig for where the gaps are, never cover them up to look good, they are the best opportunities for growth.

Feeding America

Audantic was a top team contributor to Feeding America’s Thanksgiving fundraiser in 2020.

In an effort to give back to those who need help right now, our team initiated a donation of $15,000 to Feeding America. Because every dollar our company donates helps provide at least 10 meals, we effectively provided 150,000 meals to children and families who need it the most.

Charity: Water

We believe in a world where everyone has access to clean water. Charity: Water shares this mission. Today, 785 million people lack basic access to clean and safe drinking water. This is why we are partnering with Charity: Water to install a handpump in a village in a developing country, beginning in June 2021 and running over the next two years. When it is finished, the village will have a sustainable source of clean drinking water and better education, income, and health as a result.
